Fuleco

elisabeth alfrida ===> Seekor trenggiling kartun yang terpilih sebagai maskot resmi untuk Piala Dunia 2014 di Brazil mendapat nama Fuleco, demikian disampaikan badan sepak bola dunia FIFA pada Senin.


Nama itu - yang merupakan kombinasi kata sepak bola (futebol) dan ekologi (ecologia) dalam bahasa Portugal - terpilih sebagai pemenang dalam pemilihan nama maskot dengan lebih dari 48 persen dari 1,7 juta warga Brazil memberikan suaranya.

Opsi-opsi lain adalah Zuzeco (31 persen) dan Amijubi (21 persen), kata FIFA dalam situs resminya.

Trenggiling bergaris tiga, yang merupakan satwa asli Brazil dan dikenal sebagai "tatu-bola," merupakan satwa yang terancam kepunahan. Fuleco sendiri digambarkan mengenakan kaus bertuliskan "Brazil 2014" dan celana pendek hijau, serta memiliki lagu dan situsnya sendiri.

FIFA passes some reforms, leaves out others
